El milenarismo ha llegado...

Quizás así sin más no pueda sonar tan divertido, pero si ponemos voz de borracho al decirlo quizás empiece a sonar más, porque a todos nos ha hecho alguna vez reir esa escena en la que Fernando Arrabal con una cogorza de padre y muy señor mío cayendose dando tumbos por un programa de televisión mientras hablaba del apocalipsis.
Pues a eso mismo voy yo ahora, no piensen mal, no voy a emborracharme aunque no por falta de ganas tal como están las cosas con la crisis, aunque esa es otra historia, sino a hablar sobre la fuente de inspiración que ha supuesto para la literatura el tema apocalíptico, o para ser más exacto el dilucidar como sería el mundo tras estos hechos desastrosos. Al ser humano pese al miedo a vivir una situación límite de orden mundial, porque aunque muchos no lo crean, por cuestiones apocalipticas no nos referimos siempre al famoso relato de san Juan, y mira que aunque no se sea creyente, como relato de fantasía es bastante aceptable todo hay que decirlo. Nos gusta imaginarnos situaciones extremas en las que debemos de desenvolvernos en circunstancias diferentes a las habituales, por eso aquí pondremos una serie de ejemplos, evitaremos en esta ocasión el tema zombie por esta muy manido en este blog y ser muy de moda, que ustedes mismos pueden completar:
  •  La carretera: Libro llevado a la pantalla y protagonizado por Vigo Mortense, nos narra la historia de un padre que lucha por hacer sobrevivir a su hijo camino a ninguna parte y mantener la identidad humana el máximo de tiempo posible.
  • Ensayo sobre la Ceguera: Esta obra del Nobel de literatura Saramago nos habla como de buenas a primera un hombre que se queda ciego de repente mientras conduce va contagiendo sin motivo aparente a todo el que le rodea, hasta convertirlo en una pandemia, transformando el concepto de humanidad que conocemos.
  • El último hombre: Quizás Mary Shelley nos sea más conocida como la madre del monstruo más mítico como es Frankenstein, sin embargo esta genial autora se atrevió a imaginarse un mundo futuro arrasado por una plaga.
